Development Voucher Terms of Use

§1. General provisions

1. These Terms govern use of a Development Voucher worth PLN 2,000, issued by Przestrzeń Świadomego Biznesu, organiser of Akademia Biznesu Master Management of Med & Beauty Business.
2. The voucher entitles its holder to a PLN 2,000 discount on selected educational programmes and conferences offered by the Organiser.
3. Each voucher has a unique identification number, is valid for one use and is assigned to a named person and the entity — clinic, practice or salon — for which it was issued.
4. The voucher is not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The voucher may be used only for educational programmes and conferences organised by the Organiser, in particular:

1. The voucher may be used only for educational programmes and conferences organised by the Organiser, in particular:
   • The Effective Sales in the Clinic programme;
   • Akademia Biznesu programmes and events;
   • The Slow Medicine Global Conference;
   • The Great Book of Standards online educational programme.
2. The voucher does not cover workshops, trips, retreats, consultancy services, technology solutions or other products and services outside educational programmes and conferences.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to specify the current list of eligible programmes and conferences.
   

§3. Redemption rules

1. The voucher entitles its holder to a one-time reduction of the purchase price by PLN 2,000.
2. Each voucher may be redeemed only once, by the person to whom it was awarded.
3. Only one Development Voucher may be redeemed per entity — clinic, practice or salon — regardless of how many employees or associates received vouchers.
4. If the order value is lower than the voucher value, the unused balance is forfeited and is not refundable.
5. The voucher cannot be transferred to another person or entity.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, a bank transfer, a monetary equivalent or any other benefit.
7. The voucher may not be resold.
8. Redemption requires prior contact with the Organiser and confirmation that the voucher can be used for the selected educational programme or conference.

§4. Validity

1. The voucher is valid until 31 August 2026.
2. After this date, the voucher expires and cannot be redeemed.

§5. Combining promotions

1. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, promotional codes or special offers unless the Organiser decides otherwise.
2. The Organiser may individually agree to combine the voucher with other promotional offers.

§6. Complaints

1. Questions about redemption should be sent to the Organiser at kontakt@wwpartners.pl.
2. Complaints concerning redemption will be considered within 14 days of receipt.

§7. Final provisions

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms for important organisational or legal reasons.
2. Amendments do not affect rights acquired by holders of vouchers issued before the changes take effect.
3. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
