Magda, Ania — thank you, you are experts. Extensive knowledge, practical advice, workbook exercises, a friendly atmosphere and wonderful people who focus on sharing experiences rather than competing — all of this has stayed with me over the last three weeks and left me wanting more!

I have completed two modules and must say I did not expect this level of quality in either the workbook or the recordings. I really needed something like this to bring my million tasks together and find a foundation and purpose for everything. The platform is also very clear and well designed. Joining the Academy led by Magda Wójcik and Ania Wykurz was one of the best decisions I have made for my professional and personal development. The Academy is not only a carefully prepared course but, above all, a practical one. From the first module, I felt that the knowledge translated into concrete action at work. Marketing and sales frightened me, but after listening to Ania's lessons and completing the homework, I began to enjoy them. I am very glad I bought the course. I listened to everything twice and took notes, and I will return to the materials in a few months. I do not run a business yet, but I am preparing to start working under my own name. The course positively influenced my thinking, and I am proud to be preparing thoroughly and consciously for opening. Running a business feels less frightening now. I think this training is an excellent option for people planning to start their own business.

Six months of the new year passed in a flash. The final meeting and graduation in Warsaw marked both an ending and a BEGINNING — a journey and a celebration of six months of teamwork towards better client care. Once again, I realised that relationships with people are personally the most beautiful thing in the world, and that does not change. Product quality and values brought me closer to @gmcollin.pl, and today I can confidently say that the relationships formed with @beata.slubowska, @nina.gmcollin and @olganieola have strengthened my choice.

My intuition did not fail me. Waking at 4:20 am, wonderful women together at @varso_tower_warsaw, our hosts @aniawykurz and @maagda_wojcik, green shots and a Saturday of learning — followed by a delicious celebratory dinner at @opaslytom.kregliccy at #gmcollin's invitation. Conversations and gifts rounded off our evening in the capital.

Building a business is, of course, about numbers. It means learning to calculate, analyse results and make decisions based on data. But over recent months, I have learned that business is also about anticipating, planning and creating strategies. During six months at the Academy, I discovered tools, strategies and protocols that support brand development and conscious business management. Yet the most valuable lesson was something I had always believed in: the power of relationships.

Every meeting, conversation and exchange of experiences reinforced my belief that a clinic's most important decisions are made long before a patient sits in the treatment chair. That is when standards are formed, teams are built and quality begins. That is why Mandarin Clinic was always meant to be more than a place for treatments. We first listen, then analyse, look for the cause and only then select a therapy. I believe the greatest luxury is not a promise of quick results, but trust and a shared journey: knowing that someone will give you time, consider you individually and choose what is truly best for you. After the final session, I stood still for a moment, grateful and moved — as you can see in the video. Above all, I was certain this was not the end. We will return to the Academy soon, this time with the whole Mandarin Clinic team. I believe growing together is the foundation of exceptional places.
