Where do the workshops take place?
All sessions take place in person in Warsaw. Participants receive detailed organisational information before the programme starts.
How often are the meetings?
We meet once a month for a full-day workshop. The 2027 edition includes six sessions from January to June: 16 January, 20 February, 20 March, 17 April, 22 May and 12 June 2027.
What if I cannot attend one of the sessions?
The materials and recordings are available on the learning platform. You can return to the module content at a convenient time and continue working with the workbook.
How long do I have access to the materials?
You get 12 months of access to the platform, recordings and learning materials.
Is the programme suitable for a doctor or cosmetologist running their own practice?
Yes. The programme is designed both for owners of established clinics and for doctors and cosmetologists who are responsible for growing their own business and want to organise the way they manage it.
Can I take part together with a manager or a team member?
Yes. Joint participation of the owner and the person managing the clinic makes it easier to implement solutions later. We will agree the details of a second person's participation during the meeting.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the programme?
Yes. Every participant who completes the programme receives the Akademia Biznesu Master Management of Med & Beauty Business certificate of completion — a document confirming participation in the full six-month programme.
How is the Academy different from a single training session or an online course?
The programme takes you through six connected areas of management. Every month you attend an in-person workshop, and between sessions you implement the tools in your own clinic. Recordings, workbooks and materials on the platform support this process for 12 months.
Does applying mean automatic admission?
No. We work in a limited workshop group. After you apply, we arrange a no-obligation meeting to check whether the programme suits your current situation and goals. We then confirm whether a place is available.
How do I join the Academy?
We discuss the terms of participation during the introductory meeting.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. The organiser issues a VAT invoice to the details provided during registration.
